Method

Cook the noodles

Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the pork and onion

Heat a little oil in a large pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the pork mince and chopped onion and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring, until the pork is browned and the onion has softened.

Add flavour

Stir in the garlic granules, ground ginger and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Make it sticky

Add the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and ketchup. Stir well and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.

Combine

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until fully coated in the sticky sauce.

Serve

Serve hot straight from the pan.
